CrossFit SEQ offers varied workouts based around functional movement for all ages, male and female.
Crossfit = Constantly varied functional movements carried out at high intensity with the goal of increasing work capacity across broad time and modal domains.
There is a real community atmosphere at CrossFit SEQ where we share both the pain and the laughter of intense workouts and competitions.
We question the general fitness industries methods of excercise, our workouts are intensive, short, varied and very effective. Regardless of your current fitness level, workouts can be scaled to suit the individual. Training the ultra fit, the unfit and the somewhere inbetween. Our goal remains the same. To make real changes for the real world we live in.
We offer a strength and conditioning system using Kettlebells, Dumbells, Barbells, Pullup Bars, Gymnastic Rings, Ropes, Medicine Balls, Concept II Rowing Machine and Plyometric Boxes amongst other equipment.
Large commercial pin loaded gym equipment, treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes have no place in our training environment. Functional equipment, movements, real objects and not that dreamed up as the latest costly revolution by the advertisers.
We are not a commercial drop in gym to make yourself feel better, we are not a boot camp, we are not the latest craze, we are simply CrossFit.
